National Achievers Award
By accessing, registering, or participating in the National Achievers Award program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nomination & Selection
All nominations are subject to internal review and verification. The final decision of the jury and management shall be final and binding.
2. Fees & Payments
All fees paid towards nomination, registration, or award packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by the organization.
3. Accuracy of Information
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The organization is not liable for incorrect or misleading details submitted.
4. Use of Award Title & Materials
Certificates, trophies, logos, and award titles must not be used for misleading, illegal, or unethical purposes. Misuse may lead to revocation of recognition.
5. Right to Modify or Cancel
National Achievers Award reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any award category, nomination, or service without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The organization shall not be held responsible for any indirect loss, reputational claims, financial damages, or disputes arising from participation.
7. Updates to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Return Policy
** Registration fee is non-refundable, for offline registration attendance is mandatory, and no award/certificate will be provided if absent.
