5. Selection & Award Decision

Selection is based on merit, contribution, impact, and overall achievement. The award category assigned by the committee shall be final. The organization reserves the right to:

• Merge categories
• Withhold an award in any category

6. Use of Name, Image & Publicity

By participating, the nominee grants permission to the organization to use their:

for promotional, marketing, media coverage, and publication purposes without additional compensation.

8. Event Participation

• Awardees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses unless otherwise specified.
• The organization shall not be liable for any personal loss, damage, or injury during the event.
